This Bench-Top Triple Unit will produce de-ionised, chemical and mineral-free water for medical, dental, pharmaceutical or surgical purposes. The silver released from the ionising power pack sanitises the water and the unit. A ceramic cartridge removes sediment, rust particles, scale etc., bacteria and water born parasitic organisms before two ion exchange resin cartridges remove organic compounds and dissolved solids. A conductivity meter (supplied) can be used to monitor the electrical conductivity of the water at the outlet tap. Flow rate is 2 litres per minute and the ion exchange cartridges remain efficient for 700 - 1,000 litres, depending on the quality of the water to be treated, before requiring service.
