Single Bench-Top Unit

This unit is suitable for town or any chlorinated water supplies. It will deliver clean water at flow rates up to three litres per minute - about six seconds to fill a glass. It is easily installed, without plumbing or electrical connection, to most kitchen or laundry taps.

Homepure's patented technology delivers high-quality water through a unique two-step process.
Firstly, the SilverSafe power-pack, using the world-patented Electro-cathodic Particle Dislodgement (ECPD) process, introduces tiny amounts of silver ions to kill all harmful bacteria.
Then the water passes through a radial-flow activated-carbon cartridge to remove all bad tastes, odours, herbicides and most organic contaminants in chlorinated water supplies.

The unit requires a new set of batteries and new filter about once a year depending on water quality.

Above Bench

The Bench-Top Unit pictured has been installed on a kitchen bench using the diverter valve (supplied). A threaded kitchen spout is all that is required. The taps may be used as normal, or with the diverter valve activated, water will flow through the Homepure unit for bacteria treatment and filtration.

Installation: Simple, reliable diverter valve is supplied with the unit and can be installed without tools.

Flow Rate: 3 litres per minute. 6 seconds to fill a standard drinking glass.

SilverSafe Pack: Will treat approximately 4000 litres before battery replacement.
Battery powered unit Indicator lights will advise on correct operation and battery replacement status.
Simple battery replacement.
Totally exhausted power pack needs to be replaced after about 250,000 litres.
Residual silver in water: less than 0.01 mg per litre. (NHMRC (Australia) and EPA(USA) approved maximum 0.1 mg per litre)

Filtration Cartridge: Areas with treated water: Radial-flow activated-carbon 5 micron filter. Areas with non-treated water: 0.4 micron ceramic sediment filter
Alternatively, a combined activated-carbon/1 micron ceramic filter may be used.
Simple screw off housing (wrench supplied).

Servicing: With normal use SilverSafe power pack will require new alkaline batteries and replacement cartridge about once a year.
