This unit is designed for permanent under-bench installation in non-chlorinated areas. The unit includes under-sink plumbing connections and a stop-valve. It can be installed in house boats, cruisers, yachts or any vessel with water tanks. The unit is connected in-line to the sink tap. There is no touch-tap or other plumbing and flow rate is 6 litres per minute. The first housing contains an activated-carbon cartridge to remove tastes, odours, herbicides and most organic contaminants. The second housing contains a very efficient ceramic filter for removal of cysts or amoebae along with algae that may be present in non-chlorinated dam, tank, creek or ground water. Yearly servicing is required.
